Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Napoleon dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. Our Napoleon-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Napoleon, OH kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Napoleon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Damage Repair in Napoleon isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Napoleon, OH, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Napoleon, OH-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Ask any Napoleon property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Napoleon call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Napoleon started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Napoleon line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Napoleon response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Napoleon property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Napoleon, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Napoleon accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Napoleon job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Napoleon drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Napoleon estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Because our equipment cache sits inside Napoleon, OH, most Napoleon calls see a technician on-site in under 60 minutes.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Napoleon dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Napoleon crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Our Napoleon technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Napoleon work order we issue. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.

Yes, our Napoleon crews are trained and equipped for Category 3 blackwater response, including PPE and antimicrobial treatment.
If it's safe, shut off the water source, move electronics and valuables away from the affected area, and avoid the space if standing water is near outlets.
We scale crews and equipment for commercial Napoleon accounts and assign a dedicated project lead for anything beyond a single unit.
Most Napoleon residential jobs dry out in 3 to 5 days depending on how much material got wet and how long it sat before extraction.
Mold isn't inevitable, but the window to prevent it is narrow, which is why we treat speed as part of the Napoleon service, not an upsell.
We stand behind every Napoleon job with a documented dry-standard guarantee and a 30-day callback policy.
